Exquisite, beautiful and timeless antique bog oak brooch! Hand carved bog oak bearing a lovely vine of three leaf clovers create this unique brooch with a sterling silver harp to the center. Hailing from Ireland, bog oak is a fossilized wood and is usually carved. The designs can be found in Irish motifs, such as the shamrock and harp, but often castles are carved into pieces. Just a beautiful and wearable today as it was over 150 years ago!
